Our payment system is Chargebee and we support Stripe, Checkout.com and Paypal as payment providers. That gives a wide variety of payment options:

You will get charged and receive an invoice at the end of each month.
You can create an infinite amount of projects which each have their own subscription tier and developer keys. We check subscriptions on a daily basis, so your invoice will contain projects with the amount of seat days used.

Example
Project A is using Bronze tier and has 2 team members for the whole month and 1 team member for 2 weeks: €49 bronze tier per month per seat * 12 months / 365 days = €1,61 per day.
(2 members * 30 days + 1 member * 14 days) * €1,61 = €119.21
We will mail you an invoice of every payment for your accounting.

When creating an account, you will get access to the website portal where you can manage your licenses and subscriptions. The hierarchy of accounts works as follows:
Account > Teams > Projects > Developer Keys.

Teams
Teams contain projects. Every team you create can have multiple team members who you give access to manage the subscriptions. You can invite other users to your team and assign them a specific role as can be read below.
Projects
Projects are identified with a custom name and a bundle identifier. Use the api key provided to connect GameSuite in Unity to the project.
Developer Keys
Each developer that is using Unity to help build the game needs a unique Developer Key. This needs to be entered inside the Unity GameSuite preferences window to gain access.

Team Member Role: Administrators
Each team has at least one administrator, but can have multiple. They are responsible for setting up the payment for a team. Administrators can add a payment option in the team's settings page. This page is invisible to Moderator roles.Only administrators can change the role of other users. Managing projects is also possible as an administrator.
This role should be used by the company manager who has ownership over the business finances and access to a company credit card for payment.
Team Member Role: Moderators
Moderators can create new Developer Keys and invite other moderators to the team. They can also create and remove projects.
This role should be assigned to the company tech lead or project leads so that they can quickly create projects and Developer Keys when required.

Tip: You do not need a separate user account per Developer Key, just one administrator account can manage all licenses for an entire team by creating Developer Keys and sending the key as text to a user in the team.

When the payment at the end of the month fails or your payment option is unavailable, it will put your team and all its projects on pause until the payment option is restored.

Any existing builds or live projects are not affected.

When opening a project with an invalid license, GameSuite will enter Limited Development Mode:
- A license expired message is shown in Unity every time you open the project
- No longer able to create new builds
- No access to the feature browser
- A watermark is shown on the game in the editor
- Limited access of 1 hour to the project in Unity

This mode is meant for opening old projects that are no longer in active development. You can view the old project as reference and copy paste your work to the new project.

To get around this limitation: feel free to reactivate the project only for a few days on a single Developer Key and disable it after, we will only charge for active projects on a daily basis so the cost will be minimal.

1. Cancel the project in the website portal.
2. The new company creates an account, team and project (be aware of the bundle identifier).
3. Replace the api key in Unity to the newly created project api key.
4. Create and distribute new developer keys for the new team.
